At Hanova, our jobs are very specific. However, there are no ready-made external training courses that correspond to what we do. That would be too easy! That’s why mutual help and collaboration have always been at the heart of our way of working.
Our most experienced employees play an important role in sharing their know-how with newcomers. This direct transfer of skills enables everyone to integrate quickly and makes our teams even more effective.


This dynamic, based on sharing and learning, not only enhances everyone’s skills, but also creates a genuine corporate culture in which solidarity and benevolence have become our values.
In addition to this transmission, each employee has access to ‘standard’ training adapted to his or her needs, either face-to-face or by videoconference. This enables everyone to continue to progress and improve.
