CSE training, an important step for HANOVA
The training of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) is a compulsory and indispensable step for any new mandate. We’re telling you about it today because we’ve just completed this training course with our two committee members and our QHSE methods engineer.
The five-day course is designed to provide information on the rights, roles, issues and responsibilities of the works council. Beyond simply claiming bonuses, we need to be aware of risk situations and possible accidents in the workplace so that we can prevent them. The prevention of occupational risks, the fight against all types of harassment and the Quality of Life at Work (QWL) are at the heart of our concerns. This training course is a real challenge for members of the CSE, and also aims to establish a dialogue.
As members of the CSE, we need to set an example and communicate with each other and with staff. Our collaboration with the production manager and the methods engineer is essential to ensure a safe and respectful working environment. What’s important to know is that we are criminally liable, just after the company director, the manufacturing manager and the QHSE methods engineer.
CSE training is much more than just an administrative formality. It enables us to fully understand our responsibilities in terms of health, safety and working conditions. By equipping us with the necessary knowledge and tools, it helps us to carry out our duties responsibly. As members of the CSE, we work for the well-being and safety of all the company’s employees. Mr Bruno Hannecart joined us at the closing session for a productive and constructive discussion!
We would like to thank Mr Fabien Lenfant from CONSEIL EVRP for the quality of his training.
